Guidelines for Making Nominations for the 11th Bishop of Western New York
- Any person 18 years of age or older who is a confirmed or received communicant in good standing in this Church is welcome to submit a nomination to the search committee.
- Clergy may not nominate themselves as candidates for election.
- The Nominator must first obtain the permission of the Nominee they are proposing prior to submitting their nomination.
- Please make nominations by completing and submitting the Nomination Form.
- The search committee will accept nominations no later than December 31, 2009

The submission process is automated using our website. To apply please submit the following:
- Your resume;
- Your Church Deployment Office (CDO) Personal Profile;
- The written answers to our four questions. Please limit the answer to each question to 500 words or less;
- The contact information for three individuals ready to provide references.
Your application will not be considered complete until a Nomination Form is submitted on your behalf.
The Search Committee must receive these documents online using the nomination form.
The open period for applications and nominations is October 19 - December 31, 2009. |
